Refund Policy

At Mathesi Tutoring, we strive to provide high-quality tutoring services. Below are the details of our refund policy.

1. Cancellation and Refunds by Students

Individual Sessions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
Subscription Plans: Refunds for unused sessions in subscription plans will be issued on a prorated basis.
No-Shows: Refunds are not issued for missed sessions without prior cancellation.

2. Cancellation by Tutors

If a tutor cancels a session:

The student will receive a full refund for the session or the option to reschedule.
We will work to assign a replacement tutor if necessary.

3. Technical Issues

If technical issues prevent a session from taking place, the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Refunds for technical issues are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with a session, contact us within 48 hours of the session for a review. Refunds for disputes will be issued at our discretion.
